Service agreement

Eloquish provides analysis and coaching for speaking practice. It is a productivity tool and not a medical, legal, or professional treatment service.

You are responsible for the content you upload and for complying with any applicable local laws for recordings and consent.

Billing and subscriptions

• • Subscriptions are managed by Stripe and are governed by their payment terms.
• • You can cancel or update plan settings at any time from the billing portal.
• • Standard Stripe credit card refunds follow card issuer and checkout flow rules. We may grant refunds for non-performance or duplicate charges in good faith.

Cancellation and retention

If you cancel, subscription access stops after your billing period ends. Core session records may remain for account continuity unless you request deletion from support.

Usage rules

You agree not to use Eloquish for unlawful content, harassment, or deceptive activities. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate platform expectations.
