Support

We are here to help with account setup, billing questions, session processing, and trust questions that come up when you are rehearsing sensitive work material.

Common help topics

  • Sign in, password reset, and account recovery
  • Failed billing checkout or subscription changes
  • Recording upload failures and processing retries
  • Audio retention, deletion, and privacy questions
  • Security, procurement, and workplace review questions

How support works

  • Email is the primary support channel for Eloquish.
  • Include your account email, page URL, and a short description of the problem.
  • If a workplace or school firewall blocks the site, include the blocking product name or a screenshot so we can investigate false positives faster.
  • For billing issues, include whether the issue happened in checkout, the billing portal, or after a Stripe confirmation screen.
  • For trust reviews, include what your security, compliance, or procurement team needs to confirm so we can point them to the right public documentation quickly.

Privacy and trust basics

  • Raw speech audio is deleted after successful analysis unless temporary replay support is required.
  • Session metadata, transcripts, and coaching history stay in your account for continuity until you delete them or request support help.
  • Use Eloquish only with material you are allowed to rehearse and record.

Self-check steps

  1. Confirm your email is verified and your session is current.
  2. Try a fresh browser session if dashboard paths fail to load.
  3. Retry failed session analysis after a short delay.
  4. For payment issues, open the billing portal and verify active subscription state.

Contact

If the steps above do not help, email our support team and include your account email, the issue you are seeing, and whether the question is about access, billing, privacy, or a workplace review.

Public trust pages

If your security, compliance, or procurement team needs more context before you rehearse sensitive work material, share our About, Privacy, and Terms pages alongside this support page so they can review the public product, legal, and contact surfaces together.
